FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I usually do with new customers is chat with them on the phone or in-person so I can ask questions to clarify exactly what they want. It's important for us that the customer is happy with our handyman services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't Let Price Be Your Guide...Throw out the lowball bid. "This handyman is probably cutting corners or, worse, desperate for work"—hardly an encouraging sign in a healthy economy. Beyond technical competence, comfort should play an equal or greater role in your decision. The single most important factor in choosing a handyman is how well you and he communicate. All things being equal, it's better to spend more and get someone you're comfortable with.
