I have been training with Sophia twice a week for 3 months now, and even in 3 months, I've seen major improvements in all aspects of my fitness (increase in strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility, as well as weight loss). She tailors the sessions to fit my goals and draws on a range of varied movements to keep things interesting and challenging, while being sensitive to functional issues like pain or injury. Along those lines, she appropriately focuses on maintaining proper form to help avoid injury, and is willing to explain why a particular form, movement, or exercise is important. She is always on time, prepared, focused, and professional, but is still personable and importantly, maintains a sense of humor. I also value highly that she communicates the important role of nutrition, and provides guidance on what I should be contributing on my own time, whether it's an additional cardio session during the week, or even printouts detailing the workouts she devises for me to repeat. If you're looking for someone to help you reach your fitness goals, I can't imagine a better option.

Sophia has been my trainer for just over a year. She has helped me to learn not only great workout ethics, but understand the benefits of staying fit. If there is an exercise I cannot do due to an injury, Sophia is quick to provide an alternative movement focusing the same muscle group in a different way. She has the ability to push me to work harder without being critical or judgmental. As a result, I am happy to say I have better stamina, strength, tone, and feel excited about what she has helped me to accomplish! Working with Sophia has helped me through a difficult year. She has kept me focused on staying positive and healthy through exercise and has been encouraging as I continue to work on improving my dietary intake. I have taken a few of Sophie's classes and they have been amazing. Her boot camp workouts are extremely difficult and will kick your butt into shape. While the workouts are difficult, Sophie chooses exercises that can be modified for beginners to expert athletes. She is extremely motivating and focused on doing each exercise with proper form. I will keep taking classes from Sophie, and I highly recommend her!!

Sophia is wonderful! She is extremely inspiring, motivating and encouraging. I have never been an athlete, but with Sophia's patient but persistent guidance, I have been getting stronger, my clothes fit better, and feel confident that I will complete the goal of a week-long bike trip that I'm working towards.
