- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project. Projects have many different aspects to them that can and do affect the price of the project. We price each project independently based on what is discovered on the project site. Before we begin the process we will provide an estimate showing the scope of work and how much the project should cost. We do offer discounts for veterans and current military personnel. We will also offer monthly specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client and discuss the project that they want completed. We discuss the process and how we are going to create what they want. We are here for our clients. We will answer any and all questions that they might have about the project. We want the process to go as smooth as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training that we have received has been ongoing for over a 15 years. One form of training that we like comes from "shadowing" another contractor that has successfully been completing projects in a certain field for many years. We also attend product demos from our local vendors.
