Being a one man operation, you speak directly to a technician, not a drone that knows less than you do. I do not believe in milking customer’s money dry, and we have a simple no fix, no fee philosophy. If there is an issue that you had, that we did not resolve. We will not charge you for it. It’s a simple as that. I have been doing IT work all of my life, and have worked for all of the major repair and technology companies.
