Introduction: Ours is a unique entertainment experience. The 1880's Variety Show puts a new twist on an old-fashioned, Vaudeville-style show. We are a family trio of experienced, talented musicians and comedians. The 1880's Variety Show has six unique thirty-minute shows with old-fashioned family fun comedy, nearly 3 dozen silly characters including puppets, original upbeat music, and fun audience participation opportunities for young and young at heart. 30 minute, 1 or 2 hour shows. Available for booking as a stage performance, self-contained grounds act, or roving performances. In addition to Comedy & Music, the 1880's Variety Show also offers an optional hands-on attraction, introducing our 1880's PIONEER EXPERIENCE Our old west hotel is the perfect backdrop for the following entertaining activity areas; The Homestead- Milking Cow, Roping Steer, Vegetable Farmer Dig & Washboard Laundry Prospectors Depot- Gold Panning Sluice & Gem Excavation Crafty Corridor- Corn Husk Dolls & Corn Cob Babies, Whirligig (button spinners), Jacob's Ladders & Pinwheels Fashion Funtime- Scarecrow Building, Old Time Dress-up fun and Photo Op, and the Do Your Own Variety Show PLUS we have our Puppet Sketch Artist who entertains with zany comic antics while creating a keepsake picture for the audience. All of this great entertainment fits in a self contained 30'x30' area. It is wonderful to help people to find a smile for a living. Bringing a positive, cultural experience to audiences of all ages is great work, and good for everyone. The Old West was an historic time for America, and we love having fun imagining our own version of that time. We are never historically accurate, but we are always hysterically correct.
