Kendra is very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. The history and physical assessment was very complete As a senior, I required several modifications to the program while I became stronger and more flexible. Kendra was patient and very willing to teach me the most efficient way to accomplish the goal. Definitely a very competent personal trainer.

I’d never worked out in a facility before nor had a personal trainer so I’m not an experienced user. I have had a positive experience with Kendra as she directs me in rebuilding the muscle tone I’d lost.

I highly recommend Kendra to anyone starting a fitness program. Kendra is a great trainer and I’ve learned a lot from her. In the past nine months I’ve gotten stronger and more flexible.

Kendra is an exceptional trainer. She is reliable and conscientious about her scheduled sessions. I have worked with Kendra both one on one and in a group setting for over a year and my skills have dramatically improved. She possesses great knowledge and professionalism combined with an ability to communicate effectively and motivate with an upbeat yet patient demeanor. I've had the opportunity to watch Kendra train with clients at greatly varying skill and physical levels and I admire her ability to adapt sessions to ensure each client meets their own individual goals. I highly recommend Kendra as a trainer!

I started working out with Kendra at a gym and continued with her at my home. The progress we have made is incredible. I feel stronger but most importantly, steadier and in balance. Kendra is great at building confidence and helping you accomplish your goals. I love the way she quickly alters an exercise if it is too difficult. She never lets you quit or give up, she makes it so you can DO it. Kendra is such a positive addition to my life and because of this I have her working with my 88 year old mother. Spend an hour with her and you'll see exactly what I mean.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First things 1st after our initial phone conversation with you getting to know a bit about me and I getting an idea of your active lifestyle and fitness goals we set a time and place to meet. Once we meet I would put you through a very quick functional movement screen to see how your body moves, after the screening we would talk about cost and things moving forward...because every body's body is creatively their own so would their programming to health and fitness.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I've had and have the privilege with working with all type of training styles from children to seniors because I love what I do on all leaves of physical fitness health and wellness.
