- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each service can be unique. So, we will come onsite to evaluate and fully diagnose your issue to provide you with the best price possible. This will help save you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, our new customer will phone in and explain what they are experiencing or what they might want completed on their property. We will set up a time to come out and take a look. We come onsite to estimate, we will write up a quote, and then get right to work. You pay upon completion of services.
