- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give the best prices and beat quotes. If there is multiple issues I usually bundle them and returning customers can get a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually exchange contact information with the new customer, after they contact me we discuss the issue to find a resolution. From there I usually go directly to the customer to resolve their issue and in some cases can do it remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years at a call center in Technical support and help desk position as well as onsite equipment deployment and troubleshooting. In addition to this I have worked as an IT contractor for the last 3 years between Arizona and Oregon.
