Introduction: I am proficient in jazz, classical, Latin, pop, funk, and many other genres, and have been featured on NPR and the National YoungArts program. I tour frequently in the U.S. and abroad, and am a regular performer and gigging musician invested in the Tucson community. I studied under Dr. Angelo Versace and Jason Carder, as well as Sergio and Odair Assad. I'm passionate about teaching and the enrichment that studying music can bring! I love celebrating music and meeting new people! I believe that the goal in playing and studying music is to bring our community together and explore the common language between us.

Gus is great! He is patience and knowledgeable. He totally started me off in the right direction. I progressed very quickly working with him and am now actually playing full songs on guitar. Gus is easy to work with and a great teacher. I could not recommend him enough!

Gus is really easy to communicate with even for me as an international student whose native language is not English. He is also very responsible and patient as well, and to me it is a good experience to learn from him, recommend!
