- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$35-50 individual 60 minute session $50-70 two person 60 minute session Our price is reduced when bulk packages are purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is always free. This allows me to learn your health and fitness history, assess your movement patterns, and identify strengths and weaknesses, all in order to create a fitness plan that meets your individual needs. You will also work up a sweat during this session!
