- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will match or beat our competitors pricing! If you use our cleaning services every two weeks you will get 5% off, if you use us once a week we will give you 10% off at the time of service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer feels more comfortable meeting us before we clean for them, we will gladly set up an appointment, do a walk through, and I will present to them our company License, Insurance, W9, chemicals, and of course answer any questions or concerns they might have
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've educated myself and my team with our chemical use. We only use professional commercial cleaning chemicals that are Eco Green, safe for the environment, pets and children. In our pictures I posted two pages with the kind of cleaning supplies we use.
