This is by far the best job I’ve had. I love my coworkers. They were very friendly and inviting on my first day. I now consider them my second family. I love being able to update customers on the technicians location. It definitely allows for them to go about their day and not worry about missing our visit.

Penguin plumbing did an emergency repair over the December 2018 holidays and at my request came back in February 2019 to give me an estimate to replace all of the water heaters and sink/fixture water valves that had become corroded and calcified due to the failure of the water condition system the previous owner had bypassed when it stopped operating. At my request Penguin Plumbing also estimated replacing the water conditioning system, all of the bath and kitchen faucets and shower fixtures. The team gave a very professional and thorough estimate, noting where some valves didn't need replacing rather than just defaulting to a complete replacement job; and recommending refurbishment of an existing toilet that did not need replacing. The estimate was comparable to others obtained but it was the knowledge and helpfulness of the team that made the biggest difference in the selection of Penguin. The team arrived behind the scheduled time due to parts loading and my only suggestion for improvement would be to let the customer know about changes in arrival times. However, they completed the job in the time specified, with no additional costs, and accommodated the daily schedule of my 90-year-old father who lives in the house. Very well done and would use this company again in the future.
