These folks were very helpful and wonderful to work with. The office staff makes you feel at home when you come in every time. The attorneys there gave me the their best efforts with helping me and didn't let me down! I recommend Mr. Allen to anyone and everyone.

This was an absolutely horrifying experience and I would caution anyone against hiring this firm. I'm a consumer just like you, expecting a high quality service and this is not what I received; from the people answering the phones, office staff, all the way to the attorney himself, the entire culture of the office I had dealings with were condescending, rude, unprepared, non-responsive, dodging phone calls, lying about having responded to emails, wholly low budget, would be professionals. I was totally fooled by the high rating here, thinking I was hiring a reputable and good attorney. They start out by promising you "the best legal representation" for "the best outcome", but things quickly change once you give them a retainer fee. The office I dealt with was never in the least bit familiar with any of the details of my wife's case, even though they had 4 months to prepare, I had to tell them things they should've known over and over; they were simply going through the motions, completely unprepared with any of the details of the case; failed to ensure crucial documents were signed; and when questioned on these issues, they acted as though I was the ignorant one because I "don't understand the law and how things work". I hired this firm needing a judicial review for my wife. The attorney told me she was "owed that" since it was her first offense. What he told her when he visited her at the facility was something different; he said he was filing for a "post conviction relief". He informed her of this when he went to visit her at the facility she was in for a nice fee of 500$ that they applied against my retainer fee. He knew nothing of her case when he went in to visit her and had it not been for my wife and I checking on the dates with the facility, they would have missed the visit altogether because they had the wrong date. Then the hearing was cancelled because the office failed to ensure that transportation was made to the courthouse from the facility. Emails from the case manager at the facility showed that she told the office, they needed to arrange transportation with either the county or the DOC. I even followed up with the attorney's office to ensure transportation had been scheduled; the "office manager" assured me it was; it wasn't. Imagine the let down to my wife and the children, thinking she was going to court for a hearing and then nothing happens because of the negligence of this office. The DA denied any further hearings and the case was dismissed outright and was never even heard. After that disaster, I asked the attorney to simply review her transcripts and time credits the way they were applied. Again, they tried to get us back in another hearing. I explicitly told them we did not want to go through another experience like that and to simply make sure her "credit for time served" was applied correctly. Again, they told me they were trying to get into a hearing for that and wanted more money from me. I told them that it didn't sound right to have a hearing to review transcripts and time credits. They said that it did and it could take several months. Absolutely ridiculous. They said if I didn't think they were representing me properly that I could seek another firm for representation. I wasted money for nothing and got nothing but trauma, the emotional damage to the children and to my wife cannot be quantified. Save your money; I promise there are better attorneys out there.
