- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the job. If it is tutoring, I do a writing evaluation, Q & A with parents and students, and write up an action plan for $25. If it's content editing, we discuss the project and I evaluate the first page to determine how much work needs to be done. For content writing, there is a discuss on the project and what is wanted. Price is determined by how much work needs to be done and how fast the client wants it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in telecommunications with a minor in journalism. I've attended writing and marketing conferences, workshops, and seminars for the past 15 years to keep current.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with kids from 2nd grade all the way to adults who want to write their memoirs. I take each request on an individual basis and if need be, I will design a personalized plan to meet your needs.
