FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with research. I'll send a questionnaire that will help me learn about your self-image, goals, audience, project parameters and desired outcomes and then we can follow up with a phone call to fill in any gaps. The creative process begins with mood boards that consist of photography, design, colors and fonts in various styles to further understand what appeals to you. From there I will provide options for you to review with a round or two of revisions on your selected design. Once you are absolutely happy with the result of your project I will create the final files. For logo and branding projects I provide various options for size, color and format. For advertising, direct mailers, flyers and other print pieces I'll send all the appropriate files according to the scope of the project.

I have more than eleven years of experience in this industry working as a designer and creative director.
