FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the medium range of the market. We are not the cheapest but far from the most expensive. We keep our prices competitive but do not ever trade quality of our workmanship for low quality pricing. Throughout our 40 year history time has taught us that there is a fair price for a good job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is divided into categories. We install owner supplied materials or we help consumers find the right product for their project. Consumers come to us a project and we walk them through the whole process of buying their materials from established accounts that we provide to find the right materials for them. We are not material suppliers but have associated ourselves with wholesales to help our customers buy their materials at a lower prices then retail while making sure the materials are of a high quality. It serves neither our company nor our customers to have them buy defective materials. We will first talk with the consumer in person or via phone to find what they are wanting, from there we will measure their house and advise them of what we think would be suited for their project. Then we will either have them find the materials on their own or we will direct them to our wholesalers to find the product. After they decide on the product then they will order the materials and we will supply any installation supplies needed. Once the materials arrive we pick up the materials and install them as professionally as possible. If the materials are furnished by the consumer we simply install what they have already purchased. This is the process for residential as well as commercial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unfortunately, in Oklahoma there is no training nor licencing involved for the flooring trade. Now that being stated, we have over forty years performing our trade. We have been licensed in other states that require documentation of our training either working in those states or reciprocating training information. I as the owner try to teach my employees the very best and latest techniques for the installation of the materials . I have been involved in 8 different parade of homes, 4 designer showcases, numerous magazine articles, and 2 different TV shows. On the commercial side I have worked on all types of commercial project from 200000 square foot to very small projects. I try to instill quality in all my men.
