- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience, a Bachelor Culinary Degree from Platt College. I was also fortunate enough to train in Milan, Italy for 2 months when I was a Chef at the Summit Club (Downtown Tulsa). I've been on Food network a couple times and looking forward to going back this season.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
always had a love for food and my Grandmother's cooking.. So, when I was able to work I got job in a restaurant and the rest is History!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with people from personal anniversary dinners to Bar Mitzvahs to weekend church encounters!
