- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is made by phone or email. A time is set up to meet to look at the project. An estimate is drawn up and submitted for review. If an agreement is made we schedule a start date. Payment is not expected until completion unless otherwise indicated. Finally a follow up call is made to the customer to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Business management for 2 years. And hands on experience for the last 14 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This has been a family business for the last three generations.
