Introduction: Are you tired of carrying extra weight? Are you tired of getting winded by every step up the stairs, from the car to the front door, or from chasing your kids around? Do you have an injury that sidelined you a while ago and you're ready to finally get back in the gym? Are you ready to compete in your first bodybuilding, powerlifting, or strongman competition? If any of these apply to you, and you live within 25 miles of Tuscaloosa, Ala., then I am the trainer you need and deserve. I work for $40-50/session if you want one-on-one service, but my rates are lower if you can find another one to two people to workout with you. I also offer onetime exercise and nutrition programming for $50 each and a monthly online retainer service where you can simply call/Skype/text/message/Facebook me with questions. I have transformed myself from a scrawny skinny boy to a muscular heavy lifting man in 6 years and then gone on to compete in many different competitions since then. I want to help you do the same, and you don't have to do everything I do. If you even do a quarter of what I do, you will see results. I look forward to hearing back from you. I was given a workout plan by Mr.Summers. I have never really been one to go to the gym. But...he legitimately hooked me up. Had the exercises, reps, and a link to a video and written description (with pictures) on how to do the exercises. Which meant I could look at my form in the mirror and see what I did wrong. Mixing in my normal cardio days. PT test score has gone up about 10 to 25 points. Which is unreal. Because I hate pushups but I easily did my minimum. Additionally, I am noticing that my skinny arms actually have muscle. And it shows a lot more now. I actually enjoy and look forward to lifting. Thank you so much!

I've followed two of Supersoliders routines, most recently a 6 week routine that I am in the final week of. The results have nothing short of phenominal, I was actually able to cosplay as a musclebound superhero at a Comicon convention and be told I had the perfect body type to pull it off. I look forward to continuing training under him and seeing how far I can go.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices are always subject to change based on being military, student, teacher, working for a non-profit or based on individual discretion.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I assess their needs based on a standard questionnaire, then follow up with a personal e-mail or call. Once we have establish needs, we can establish what services you need to accomplish those needs, and what your budget is, and negotiate prices.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I compete regularly in multiple fields, run my own website, and have been in charge of unit fitness when I was in the Army.
