- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes at this time we have to charge set price for service call . But depending on the smount work that needs to be done. It's the nature of what we do. we will never do anything without going over price with customer before work begins .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to make a initial contact over phone by speaking with customers or by email. I would prefer to speak with each customer personally before arriving at their home or place of business. I can normally give the customer a better estimate of what their job will cost after speaking with them .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
graduated from Brookwood high school after graduation I started my apprenticeship while working for Hall and sons plumbing. I took my journeyman plumbers and pipe fitters exam in 2001 . After few years working as journeyman I decided to take the state of Alabama Master plumbing and pipe fitting exam and the journeyman gas fitters exam in 2004. After passing these exams I went into business for myself.
