Not very reliable. Scheduled an appointment on 3 separate occasions and vendor had to reschedule each one. 1st attempt had them running behind 3 hours, 2nd attempt was a conflict in schedule, 3rd attempt today we scheduled for 10AM...I heard from no one until I called at 11:22AM and left a voicemail to confirm if they were still coming and if they can provide a more accurate ETA. Finally received a call at 11:38AM informing me that due to some mechanical difficulties they would need to reschedule. I can give the benefit of the thought a couple of times, but I am afraid a 3rd time is simple a strikeout.
