What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically go off of bedrooms/bathrooms. in addition to the square footage of the house along with is it a basic or deep clean? We also charge a minimum of $80.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make them as comfortable as possible because it can be scary letting someone new inside your home. We are background checked and we believe in customer satisfaction!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife and I started working for a professional cleaning company and we decided to start our own. In doing so we've helped a lot of customers and have made a lot of new friends as well.
