They did not clean the stove, refrigerator or the blades on my ceiling fan which is so low that I almost bump my head on it so there was no excuse not to clean that. The ceiling fan it is covered in dust.. the one bedroom one bath single wide trailer that I rented was empty when they went in all they had to do was get the basics I paid them $190 and they only halfway did the job I would definitely not recommend them again. When I contacted them regarding the issue she was very defensive and very unprofessional.. I told her that I was not calling them to come back but I was merely calling to let them know that they missed the ceiling fan stove refrigerator and the cobwebs around my bathroom. They did a very poor job.. it makes me think twice about getting on an app like Thumbtack to find any kind of service.

We offered to give a free cleaning and it was denied. So I was waiting on this. I tried to kindly explain to her that we did clean the items, we cleaned two ceiling fans, the stove was deep cleaned however " behind" the handle was missed the bathroom was deep cleaned from top to bottom. Not allowing me a word in once she contacted me, this cleaning was done on October 1st. The complained has came out on October 22nd. However, we still offer the one time free clean.
