Worst experience with this company. They called the day before and asked when the earliest we would be available for delivery and were told we could be available as early as 9AM. Then they asked for the latest delivery time and were told that the party started a 2PM so 1:30 would be the latest. My husband called at 12:45 the day of the party to confirm once again, since we hadn't received a call and delivery had not been made, and was told that the delivery person had just finished up at the previous location and would be picking up ours and on his way. They were called at 2PM because they still hadn't shown and we were told they were 20 minutes away. At 2:33 they were called again because they still had not arrived, no one answered. They finally pulled up about 2:42 and began set up. We were offered over the phone multiple options to make up for the fact that they were technically an hour and 15 minutes late being as the bounce house was supposed to be ready before the party began, one of which being a discount. However, after the party was over they no longer wanted to discuss the option of a discount and wanted to offer a free rental, which only came after the gentleman who delivered the bounce house yelled at me. He informed me that we we shouldn't have listed the times that we actually needed the bounce house and put a longer time frame to give room for error... then your website should say that and not ask for the actual party time and you shouldn't waste your time asking the client for the latest delivery time if you aren't going to adhere to it. I was also told that we should have been smart enough to have been prepared to know where the plugs were for set up... we were at a venue and were very aware of where the plug ins were, the plug we originally had set up for the bounce house couldn't handle the equipment he brought so we had to switch to another plug. That didn't stop him from yelling at me though. He also stated that he was only 30 minutes late, implying that he showed up at 2:30, but we have time stamped photos of him setting up the bounce house at 2:45, and being that it was supposed to have been there at 1:30 that adds up to an hour and 15 minutes. At this point I chose to let my husband handle the situation and they have refused to return his calls, therefor, we had to take to our bank to dispute what was owed to us. My husband made one last attempt at making contact and was told that we were emailed in regards to the issue, however, I do not have an email at all and after everything that has happened you would think that they would have made a phone call to resolve the issue, in a last ditch attempt for us to think that the company had some form of back bone. Never again will I rent from this place and I will most definitely not be suggesting them to anyone else.

We used this company last weekend for my sons birthday. We reserved the castle bounce house. They called the day before the party and asked what was a good time to come setup. They arrived two and a half hours early before the party started so my kids were very occupied all morning! They actually left it an extra day, came on Monday morning to pick it up. The staff was very friendly and efficient with everything from reserving the bounce house to setting it up and then coming to pick it up. We received email confirmation for the reservation, an email a couple of days before the party and phone calls. Everything was smooth and easy for us! And all the kids at the party had a blast! Highly recommend and we plan on using them again in the future.
