Aaron is very knowledgeable about fitness. He does a thorough assessment of physical abilities and makes a plan specific for his client. He encourages as he is pushing you to do your best. He also assesses at the beginning of each workout how you felt after and since your previous workout.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge a standard $50 fee for an hour and a half session. If you have a friend or family meme we who would like to come along and train with you then the first time is on me. After that I will charge an additional $15 fee per person

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First thing I will do with a new customer is sit down and get a detailed description of their goals. After I get a feel for what they are wanting to achieve I then set out to find a way to make exercise appealing to them personally, I find what u love and I incorporate that into my programs so that your exercise program is something you enjoy.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am currently a senior at East Tennessee Stare University. I am studying physical education with a minor in coaching and I am a straight A deans list student. This field has given me the knowledge to train in an effective and fun way. I have personally been lifting weights and exercising for a long time.
