- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not a national chain, and are very proud to be a small business. We specialize in our trade, allowing us to obtain special pricing on materials... which we pass down to our customers as savings and reduced cost on their roof replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially want to understand what our customers needs or problems are. Then, we typically like to schedule a time for one of our roof experts to visit and inspect the roof. They will typically advise the customer on the best course of action on the spot. If it involves material, our expert will bring samples for the customer to look/see/feel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We keep our staff up to date with all the latest trends and products. Yearly safety programs are always taught, and material manufactures train our guys/gals continuously. We also have HAAG certified engineers on staff.
