The groomer showed up late, which in itself is no big deal. I, however, didn't know she would need to plug anything in. I ultimately had to unplug everything in my garage, including my deep freeze, so that she could groom my dogs. When I brought the first dog out she took a long time to actually take them into her bus. I told her that I had a newborn inside and needed to go in, but she ignored me. She then welcomed herself into my home, without invitation. I told her I was going to go grab her a check, and she followed me in. Finally she thought it would be okay to ask me about my sexuality. These are all inappropriate for someone you have hired to do a service. She did a good job cleaning the dogs- it is the professionalism that needs help.
