FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will price match legitimate quotes. My prices are set competitively already, but I am opento bargaining. Also, I know I’m not the cheapest. Anyone can undercut anyone for a job, it’s the nature of the beast, but KNOW YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! If you pay someone $100 to powerwash your house, know you will still have a VERY dirty house and probably damage to go along with it. I will give you the peace of mind of a job well done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain everything in detail and show them examples of my work and other companies work. Keep expectations high, but realistic. Chipping paint, pitted aluminum, and decaying wood won’t look brand new when power washed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of learning the right and wrong way of doing things. Learning from other pros along the way.
