Having worked with Fine Touch Contracting over the years on projects ranging from gut rehabs to renovations undertaken to prepare apartments for new tenancies as well as exterior and interior foundation repairs to a brownstone building, I can attest to their professionalism, variety of skill sets, and reliability. Their quotes were always reasonable, their assessments "on the mark" and suggested approaches to the resolution of problems and issues that turned up most workable. The knowledge base of the principals as well of their staff is admirable. In the past, I have recommended the firm to friends and neighbors and continue to do so.

I used fine touch after hurricane sandy to rebuild the entire inside of my house .the quality of work was top notch they brought the job in earlier than agreed and we're always there to help . I also at this time are using them again to raise my house a very large and complicated job I am confident they will handle the task with ease very highly recommended.
