Introduction: I am a retired engineer and I have been doing computer work for 30 years. I am also a Dell Partner and have been background checked and fingerprinted by Ohio BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) and the FBI. I also do IT work for small government and law enforcement as well as business and home users.
