My MacBook pro started acting up and it would not stay on. I took my laptop to Frank at Laptop Masters and his professionalism made me feel comfortable leaving my MacBook. Later that evening, he quoted me for the hardrive and it was reasonable. I had called other places to see what a HD would cost, so I was glad he did not try to charge me more. At that moment, he earned a long term customer and more importantly, someone ready to refer his service when ever needed. My laptop is working great and I have a 90 day warranty.
