- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and fair and comes standard with all professional bartending equipment needed to execute any event. We offer a variety of services such as custom menus, shopping lists and event shopping services so that all you have to do is show up and have a great time at your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to send out a questionnaire or schedule a conference call to capture all the details and/or any special requests that our clients may have. We have found that having this discussion helps to deliver the perfect experience. If needed, we can schedule an in person meet and greet when we are creating signature cocktails for their event or when we need to meet with their event planner. For us, it’s always customer service first!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are TIPS certified. The manager is an ABRA DC Managers License Holder and the company carries a $2M liquor liability insurance policy.
