- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find meeting with new clients is helpful in getting to know their needs and determine if I am a good match for them. Providing an initial consultation helps clarify their expectations of my services and what they expect to be done. A schedule is then determined, start date, frequency, etc., prices are finalized and that's it. We are ready to start when the client is ready.
