Introduction: I have studied voice for over 12 years and am excited to pass all of that experience on to you! I am a graduate student of Cesar Ulloa at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. I received my Bachelors Degree in Vocal Performance from Oakland University. I have a vast knowledge of vocal technique and enjoy passing it on to others.
Teaching Philosophies:
1. I will create a safe learning environment built on free communication and respect.
2. Lesson focus should be just as much about music making as about technique.
3. Each student has a different learning style, and it is the responsibility of the teacher to tailor the lesson to that students learning style
I have always enjoyed teaching and exploring new avenues for each student's creativity. I cannot wait to begin this musical journey with you and to instill the love and joy of music in you!

Chynna is an excellent performer and teacher. Her lessons are really dynamic, energetic and productive. I would definitely recommend her to those who are willing to take voice lessons!

Chynna was amazing. I had never done anything like this so I wasn't sure what to expect but she was such a comfortable person to be around with a really fun enthusiastic personality that made the experience so enjoyable and uplifting. Her singing voice was very strong and beautiful and made her extensive training very obvious. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Chynna is absolutely amazing with my 7 yes old daughter. She is patient, professional, flexible, and in tuned to what my daughter needs. I highly recommend her after the 1st lesson

Chynna is a really great teacher who has a wide knowledge of voice technique and repertoire. Before starting lessons, I had been singing for several years, both classical and non-classical, but my lack of formal training was becoming an issue. Within weeks, Chynna helped me to put in place a foundation for good singing habits. She has a talent for clearly explaining how to build correct vocal technique, and I highly recommend her lessons for anyone who wants to take their singing further.
