Brad has done many projects for us over the past 15 years or so. We joke about this being the "house that Brad built". From siding, new deck, new doors, kitchen re-model. All done with quality and timely finish dates. He always has some nice suggestions to add to your project you may not have thought of that make the finished product even better. He has also done some" emergency" work for us when immediate attention was needed to some home item.
