- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I do not have standard pricing. I base costs off of the customers unique needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with everyone based on their unique and individual needs. I do not like to generalize this process because everyone is different and their needs are different. With that said, I typically like to start the process by getting to know the customer and allowing them to get to know me. This way, they have the opportunity to decide if I will be the right fit for what they're looking for. While I do prefer communication to occur via phone conversation or in person, I am fine with email correspondence first, if that appeals more to the customer in the beginning. I also offer the customer the ability and ease of being able to view my website and social media pages, which helps them to get a better idea and understanding of my services, experience and who I am. Once they have established my credibility and what I offer, then an initial consultation is offered, giving the customer the chance to express their needs and preferences!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have a degree or certification in photography, but I have worked as a professional photographer for ten years, self taught. I am also skilled in Photoshop, self taught. My years of experience has been my training and what better way than to have hands-on experience in the field?!
