Introduction: I have been in the Fitness Industry for well over a decade, and have received special certifications from ACE, as well as massage therapy, and have embarked on extensive studies in Kinesiology, mobility, nutrition, fitness programming, athletic training and sports rehabilitation. I focus on all the little things for my clients, from extensive workout programming, mobility work, to in-depth nutritional advice. I have worked with clients of all types; youth, athletes, rehabilitation, clients looking to put on size or lose weight, or just clients that are looking to function better day to day. I believe in setting realistic goals for my clients not just for weight loss, but as well as making their day to day functions easier as well. I believe in educating my clients along the way and not just taking them through the motions. I also create online workout programs that offer videos of how to do each exercise.

I have worked with Heather for 2 yrs. She always has a lesson plan that builds on all the body parts with an emphasis on the core. She makes modifications when necessary for students with injuries or tightness. She has knowledge of nutrition as well. She never is condescending. She is always available and if she doesn't know something she will guide you to a way to find the answer. She is always positive and bringing new exercises. I really can't think of any drawbacks in her method or style.

Training with Heather has been an amazing experience for me. She helped me regain the confidence I was lacking. Every training session was a new adventure as she worked to improve my strength, cardio endurance and mobility. When I followed her plan and kept up with my workouts I lost over 20 pounds in 60 days. She’s dedicated to her craft and an amazing trainer.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer online workout programs. The pricing varies from $130-$180 a month depending on how many workouts per week you are requiring and if you would like a nutritional plan with it.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I send them an evaluation form and goal setting form beforehand. If we are working together online clients are free to e-mail me at anytime with questions they may have. At the beginning of every month I provide them with their new workout program. If they are also doing a food log, I check their log once a week and provide feedback.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a personal training and nutrition certification. An Associate's degree in Kinesiology, and currently pursuing my Master's in Kinesiology.
