I was in a scramble trying to find someone to clean a rental property that was supposedly professionally cleaned already... and messaged a few companies. I got one response relatively quickly but it didn’t work out. I messaged a few others not realizing that Rosa’s was all the way in Vacaville (work needed to be done in Rohnert Park).. she kindly called me as I was about to give up and clean the place myself with two kids in tow (1 year old and 4 year old)... and told me she could do it today but it would take some time to get to the property since she’s located in Vacaville. My husband and I agreed to have her come and the time it took her to come worked out well for us. She came in and was completely upfront about what she would do and would not do.. I honestly think she did more than she said she would and I truly appreciate her help, not only because she allowed me to be with my kids (vs trying to keep them entertained while I was trying to clean) but because she did a great job. For a house that was supposedly professionally cleaned already, she took like 5 or 6 hours cleaning the place. My only complaint is the freezer ice area wasn’t completely cleaned but.. it was also hard to do.. and it was much worse before she cleaned it.. so I won’t hold this against her service.

Rosa was terrific! When she thought she might be late, she let me know. As it turned out, she arrived early! She’s professional but very friendly. She did a great job on my house.
