Introduction: I am a motivated and professional personal trainer. I have seven years of experience with physical fitness training and two years of personal training experience. My focus is on weight loss and weight management while building lean muscle mass. My fitness programs consists primarily of HIIT. ( High Intensity Interval Training ) I am very energetic and I will push you every step of the way to accomplish your fitness goals! I have ACE certification which is accredited by the NCAA. I have a B.S. in Political Science from Valdosta State University. I enjoy seeing individuals accomplish their fitness goals through hardwork and determination.
