- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system. Basic Labor charge is $57 per hour which covers basic maintenance work and simple repair. My repair labor charge is $69 per hour which covers more technical work requiring special training, or equipment, like troubleshooting, electrical repair, HVAC, ect.. Some jobs also require a travel charge averaging 10 - 25 dollars.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my work has been for commercial clients which include names like FedEx Kinkos, Coldwell Banker, Terra Boost, etc. I done lots of work for property management companies as well. I recently started working on building my residential clientele.
