- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard price is $650 for 2 shooters all throughout the day. Deliverable is a 4-6 min highlight film as well as a documentary style edit of the entire day. For only 1 shooter the price is $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to us that we have a very good understanding of what your expectations are as well as communicating what we need inn order to accomplish those expectations. We generally like to meet for coffee and just talk about the day your planning as well as get to know you as a couple which is how we tailor your video to you personally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have business degrees which help to a certain extent to keep prices down and customer service levels up. However the real training comes from being out there and doing it and talking with others in the field.
