*Warning long winded, but detailed review* True pleasure working with this professional. I had a whole house fan project which was going to be tricky logistically, as my home is designed a bit differently. He was able to advise me of the best way to have the fan installed, took time to show me the condition of my attic and gave a very accurate assessment of the time it would take to complete the project. And while that may not seem extraordinary, he did all that via video call as I was unable to leave my place of business in time to meet him at my home in time! (Wife was home to let him in.) His expertise was on display as he improvised and thought through future maintenance accesibilities during the install. I really appreciated that because in the event of equipment failure, the time and associated costs to reach, then service my units components would have been a challenge if installed in a typical way. At the end of the job, he stayed to help me configure and troubleshoot a wifi component that I purchased to work with the fan which was great to have two minds address the not so user friendly setup. He made sure to clean up the work area and listened to me as I asked for his opinion on other household repairs I would like to tackle next. Which brings me to the final and most impressive part of my experience. He noticed an eve on the house that was leaning and inquired about it. I showed him a similar issue with the backyard awning which I thought looked bad and should be replaced eventually. After he looked at it, he demonstrated why it wasn't just ugly - but dangerous! Without asking or upcharging, he got his ladder and a few lagbolts and secured a part of the awning just enough to ensure safety until I could get it fully repaired. I cant recommend his services enough to anyone out there needing his wide range of services. I will be working with him on all of my home and business projects to come. Great experience and job well done!
