They were awesome in time!!! Dressed the T!!! Didn’t rush at all made sure my significant other enjoyed the chauffeur especially since it was a surprise kept in great communication with me and the person I asked him to contact directly!!!! Big Apple Ride is an AMAZING Chauffer Service!! Deepak replied to my initial request with an abundance of professionalism and enthusiasm. I immediately felt at ease. Although I had other offers that were less expensive, I got back in touch with Deepak a few days before my trip. Thankfully, he was readily available. My pick-up time was 4am. Deepak arrived at 355am as promised. The vehicle was spotless and super comfortable. He assisted us with luggage and into the vehicle. The ride was smooth and easy. We were also picked up from the airport 5 days later by another driver. He too displayed the same level of customer service. My overall experience was wonderful!! My family and I plan to use Big Apple Ride for our future events. THANKS AGAIN BIG APPLE RIDE!!
