- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the bid, we would communicate via email to get specifics of what you are looking for as the client and will adjust the bid if appropriate. If you are wanting just a revision to an existing resume than it is pretty straight forward at that point. Additional services will discussed and what we can get done together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a consultant for the last 10 years, I have been working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to select the best candidates. I began helping some prospective candidates and felt I could help others as well in my free time. I know what hiring managers want to see.
