Of course our heater stopped working the day before Christmas. After a couple cold nights sleeping with socks on I decided to give Thumbtack a try. Ziad offered to come out to diagnose the issue "Don't worry". He got it fixed and then stayed on to fix some other issues I had been ignoring. He even climbed under the house to fix leaking ducts. He stayed until he was sure I was completely satisfied which I appreciated.

Excellent service and quality of work! Ziad serviced our AC unit the same Day we requested. On a sweltering 117 degree day in LA that HVAC Services are highly sought, he still took the time to come out.
