Rainbow did the mitigation work when we had a washing machine link. They diagnosed the damage below the subfloor, removed carpet and got us dried out. They then came back and moved back the furniture. Very personable service, efficient and clean.

Employees seemed to be competent and they showed up ASAP (grateful for that). The only hiccup was that I took time off from work to be on hand for an appointment, but they didn't show up until the next day. I never heard from anyone with an explanation or apology.
