- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have standard pricing for basic sweeping and inspections. Beyond that we create customer solutions for each job based on needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New relationships start with our skilled office staff introducing our entire team and doing a needs assessment based on the customer's request(s). Once we have an idea of the scope of the work needed, we then determine, with the help of the customer, how we move forward together. Often its starts with a simple cleaning / inspection. From there we will create a comprehensive assessment report that the customer can use to help them know what if any further work is indicated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our professional staff has over 52 collective years of experience with fireplaces, chimneys, and venting. They also hold and maintain yearly credentialing with esteemed organizations in our industry - F.I.R.E., CSIA and NFI. We never stop learning and seeking better ways to provide safer outcomes for our customers.
