What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now I'm doing a promotional Thumbtack hourly rate. My studio also has full day, week, and monthly lockout pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I schedule a consultation call, or communicate over DM. We confirm a price, and I require 50% deposit to book studio time. Final payment is due upon completion of service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music '03 Music Production and Audio Engineering program, as well as a professor of audio engineering at the Musician's Institute. I also teach Record Production at UCLA.
