- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the amount of care or frequency needed in the home. How far I need to travel. Times and duration of pet care. Overnight stays or just a few hours per day. Amount of housework desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what their needs are. Exactly what is to be expected of me... Travel expectations, frequency of care, housework or mail pick up. Dog parks or just walks. Medications or physical needs of the pet... etc...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a good old fashioned love of animals. I believe all animals are extremely intelligent and can express their needs, If you take the time to observe and listen to them. I respect a pets space and schedule. I enjoy making a home clean and comfortable.
