Introduction: When I was five years old I went door to door selling rocks I found in my back yard. When I realized I could only make a certain amount of money alone, I decided to build a sales force of five to ten year old neighborhood friends and we capitalized the entire neighborhood. I have always had the ability to inspire people how to connect with people better. Whether it is inspiring a group of kids to believe in themselves, motivating my peers to advance their lives to the next level, or being challenged by mentors to make the impossible happen. I have spoken to large groups of kids/adults and smaller more intimate groups. I am a extremely enthusiastic person and love inspiring people to better themselves. I was recently doing a workshop with six graders on bullying. I still have people calling me to tell me that they have a different perspective on life. I love people.

Josh is a natural leader. His ability to motivate and inspire both individuals and groups is profound. I had the privilege of working with Josh under his administration as President of the Southern Oregon University Student Body. As delegates chosen to represent the University and Student rights we traveled to Portland and DC where his leadership was paramount to the cause. On a professional level Josh applies his skill to motivate and empower all in his life. His multifaceted approach using common sense and understanding, is important in achieving the "buy in" from the individual or group. Although Josh is very articulate, he has the ability to break-down complex concepts in a manner that both engages and informs those he is addressing.

I've known Josh for years, as a neighbor in a close college community and academic collegue. What has always fascinated me about him is his ability to turn his ideas into action. I've known him as our student body president, a friend and vocal leader for key student issues. Josh radiates inspiration to everyone who knows him, and I would recommend talking with him for just a few minutes and you will see what I mean.

Joshua has a unique and motivational way of getting people involved. He encouraged me to get involved in things that mattered to students when we were in college. He pursuaded me to be engaged on campus and not just see colleges as only classes. Through him helping me find places to become involved, I ended up finding a passion for helping students and administration come together for the good of the school as a whole and I am now pursuing a career in higher education administration. I have found my passion and calling and if it wasn't for Joshua, that would not have been possible.

I've known Josh Danielson for about 10 years. It began when he joined a leadership team I organized for building a vibrant, meaningful youth community. Working successfully with middle and high school students has some critical requirements: integrity and honesty first among all. In a community that that is often talked down-to, the radar for BS is mighty. Josh is a high energy leader who can get a crowd jacked-up and eager to get to work. When you have that and add his brutal, personal transparency, people are moved. Over these many years I've experienced Josh in many environments. The thoughtful process of evaluation and planning. Showing up early to events, fully prepared and focused on the mission. Personally invested in each person in the room for the full duration of the event or project. And open to evaluation and improvement. Josh is as capable today with adults as much as young people. He's at home in front of a crowd, funny, emotional and fascinating. I don't have a current pricing model yet because I am more focused on inspiring and changing peoples lives.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand the needs of my customer to make sure I can tailor my presentation to best fit the mission of the project. After I understand the needs of my customers then it is time for the magic to begin!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business administration and a minor in outdoor adventure leadership. I also graduated with a certificate in non-profit leadership. I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I was the Student Body President at Southern Oregon University and sat on the Executive Board for the Oregon Student Association. I am currently a store manager of a Mens Wearhouse where I help people go above and beyond their potential in world class service and sales ability. I led the Counselor in Training program at CYO Camp Howard. More training and education upon request.
